Museum dedicated to Auguste Escoffier (1846-1935) « King of the Cooks and Cook of the Kings », and creator, among others, of the famous Pêche Melba. Settled in the house where he was born since 1966, it comprises eight exhibition rooms about the universe of the most illustrious french cook : souvenirs, antique items and kitchen utensils, rich documentation, collection of menus, temporary exhibitions…

Proposed on four levels, the visit presents an area dedicated to a temporary exhibitions on the first floor. The second and the third floors present an original collection that recount the history of the french army during the 20th century. Documents, uniforms, badges and decorations, arms, paintings, models illustrating souvenirs from World War One until the Gulf War passing by the Resistance.
